That proved to be true as the ’96 Rockledge Steelers U-11 Girls used a swarming defense and great goal keeping to win their first tournament as a team. The title earned the young Steelers an automatic bid to the USSSA National Championship Tournament to be played in Las Vegas, December 5-7, 2008. Our under-12 recreational teams represented the club very well at the 2008 DC Cup taking 1st place and 3rd place. Terry Dudley's under-12's took the championship while Tom Slone's under-12's took third. Congratulations to both teams for a great tournament and a season of excellence.

Sunday Pick-up Games
And just to remind everyone, there is usually a pick-up game every Sunday at the Community Park of Rockledge. Play starts around 5:00pm. This is a great opportunity to play some soccer, make some new friends and visit with your old friends.
Board Meetings
The Rockledge Soccer Club Board usually meets the third Tuesday of every month. All club members are welcome and encouraged to attend. The meetings are held at the Rockledge Fire Department at Barton & US-1.
